Nexustest RM1013-HV semiconductor switch matrix host, in conjunction with S3030F or other SMU,can meet the needs of high-speed testing applications for semiconductors. It supports multiple switch matrix sub-cards (R1013G-HV) for channel expansion, offering a high cost-performance ratio, making it suitable for engineering applications. It supports traditional SCPI commands, making the migration of test code easy and quick, and can support multiple machines in parallel, integrated into production testing systems to improve testing efficiency and reduce costs.
