CoC Sorting System
Nexustest CoC Sorting System AL6201 is an automatic CoC loading and unloading equipment specifically designed for CoC testing and burn-in system. It features a modular design that allows for quick installation, disassembly, maintenance, and product switching. The AL6201 can automatically load CoC from blue tape or Gel-Pak to the fishbone fixture, which can be directly used for testing and burn-in systems, significantly reducing manual operations and ensuring the reliability of CoC product flow. At the same time, the AL6201 can also be used independently as a separate unloading sorting system for bare chips or CoC.
